| Petroject ran a unique promotion for a number of lucky new Hanatech owners earlier this year from the Capricorn roadshows. With each selected tool came a chance to jet off with their partner to for a tropical “ style” training week. Dave and Virginia ( Dave Smith Motors), Keith and Gloria (Keith Jackson Auto Electrical), Alex and Lisa ( Mount Iron Auto Electrical) not forgetting Jasmyn and Ryan their two children. A special thanks to Roy and Bev Roker from Simms Bros who awarded their Service Manager Brian and Janine with the trip! The one eyed bus that had a bulb fitted that somehow made the view darker took us out to Denarau Island where all were checked in the impressive Westin resort. It was a tough decision to hang up your crescent and head off for a week in the sun with your partner but they all managed it! Everybody met at Auckland International airport not knowing each other.. all on their best behaviour! Without a hiccup it was not long before we were all gathered in the arrival lounge saying ‘bula’ to all the locals laughing and joking and heading off to the resort.The first evening consisted of drinking cocktails and introductions before hitting the hay falling asleep wondering what it looked like in the daylight! The whole group ate out, swam and swapped ideas from the various business models they run. The conversation swapped between cars and bikini designs which kept each other entertained in the glorious sunshine!! The whole few days passed as clothes seemed to shrink and bodies changed colour and grew over their shorts? The area offered many trips to go snorkeling, jet skiing, drinking, shopping, swimming, drinking, diving, walking, drinking…..eating.. After Petrojects successful nationwide tour of their first round of training in it was reassuring that the Koreans word “Hana” (Translated means No1) is translating to the same in the NZ language with Hanatech being by far the preferred 10mm spanner of diagnostic equipment. |
